House Rules & Important Notes The Municipality of San Juan establishes maximum permitted noise levels that must be respected at all times: 65 decibels from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM 55 decibels from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Accordingly, quiet hours at the property are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and guests are expected to comply with these municipal regulations during their stay. Our property also maintains a Strict No Party / Noise Violation Policy. Our staff reserves the right to cancel the reservation and request immediate checkout from the property, no refunds will be granted, and a $200 fine may apply. This property is hosted by Capital Jetset. Capital Jetset is a local company owned and operated by Puertoricans who are passionate for hospitality. Overall this house is in very convenient locations, near the beach and many restaurants. Communication’s with JC Collection are excellent. A few things I like to say When the washer’s cold water didn’t work, I contacted the team and they sent people to fixing it the next day. The cleaning team forgot our flat sheets,, they dropped off the next day. The room next to the garage’s air condition is very noisy, we have to turn off air conditioner at night to sleep. There is bus stop outside of the house but bus never comes on time. We all had good times together stayed in this house, the trip to old San Juan and the rain forest. Thank you very much to the team’s efforts. Lorna

A bad experience in San Juan. 1. On the 2nd day the house went completely out of electricity. The one who picks up our phone can barely understand English. It’s their own electricity problem but they spent 1 hour keep asking me dumb questions to verify, they asked me to check if the road lights are on, for 3 times!!!! In the end they took another hour find us a shitty place to live for one night. But we had to carry our luggage and walked for 15 min at 1am. 2. Way too much noise everyday 24 hours. It’s not just about party, the cars driving on the road will give you noise at any time. 3. Pool is dirty filled with sands. 4. Have washing machine but no cleaner. 5. TV so hard to use.

Location: Really good. We've stayed in Ocean Park twice before. Appearance: Very clean and modern. Concerns: The street is very busy making it hard coming and going. We had to wait a long time for a break in traffic to get in and out of with the parking. It is also difficult to get passengers in and out of the car coming and going since there is not enough space between the parking gates and the road. The parking area is very tight and does not work well with large cars. Two the bedrooms are windowless and the house is fairly dark with only 2 or 3 windows that allow direct light. The neighboring house on the left side is abandoned. The Coquis at the abandoned house are easily heard at night since the window on that side is plastic sheeting and the louvres don't help much with sound. Extra toilet paper was not available. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would likely look in the future for a place with a better parking situation and brighter indoor spaces.

Overall the stay at this Bnb, was very pleasant. The upgrades to the house, and the host being on top of everything made every aspect as smooth as possible . Would definitely recommend this to bigger groups looking for a nice place to stay in San Juan.
