A completely remodeled house with 9 bedrooms, all with their OWN private bathrooms. Located in San Juan's only beach front gated community, Ocean Park. The 6,000 square foot two structure, is one block from the ocean. This amazing space is our private home which includes two buildings connected through the private backyard. Uber and private tour buses can pick guests right in front of the home. The property is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the jogging and tennis park on the Ultimo Trolley park. The home is monitored by a security company 24/7. There are cameras on the outside perimeter of the home (no filming inside or on guest accessed areas). This property is hosted by Capital Jetset. House Rules & Important Notes House Rules & Important Notes The Municipality of San Juan establishes maximum permitted noise levels that must be respected at all times: 65 decibels from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM 55 decibels from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Accordingly, quiet hours at the property are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and guests are expected to comply with these municipal regulations during their stay. For security and compliance purposes, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras and exterior noise detection sensors installed in specific areas in accordance with privacy policies (never in bathrooms, bedrooms, or other private areas). These devices help ensure the safety of the property and respect for neighborhood noise regulations. Our property also maintains a Strict No Party / Noise Violation Policy. The noise detection system alerts us when sound levels exceed permitted limits. Loud music or party activity is considered to occur at levels above 75 decibels. If the system detects noise above this level for more than 10 minutes, we will send one notification requesting that the noise be reduced. If the event occurs again, our staff reserves the right to cancel the reservation and request immediate checkout from the property, no refunds will be granted, and a $200 fine may apply. It is strictly prohibited to move, cover, disconnect, turn off, or otherwise tamper with any security cameras or noise detection devices, including altering their angle of view. Great location. It was pretty close to everywhere we wanted to visit. Great for large groups as it accommodated 13 adults. Would definitely stay there again.
Perfect spot for our large group. Host was very responsive with any questions, instructions were clear. It was a quick walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The kids enjoyed the playground and sports facility right next to the house. Old San Juan, Condado, Miramar, Airport, etc. are all with a 15 min drive. Highly recommended!
This Airbnb exceeded all expectations. The hosts provided clear instructions from the start, making both check-in and check-out seamless. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. They were incredibly accommodating with our schedule and always responded quickly to any questions. The layout of the villa is perfect for families, each private room opens toward a beautiful central pool, creating a wonderful balance of togetherness and privacy. The space felt open and spacious while still allowing everyone to feel connected. The gated community added an extra layer of comfort and security, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I only wish we had booked this property for our entire trip. I will absolutely be staying here again with family and friends. Highly recommend, this property truly made our stay memorable.

Perfect accommodations and location halfway between isla verde and condado. Easy to get to all the places we wanted to go. The host had the house in amazing condition with some extra touches that made the stay one of the best we have ever had.
This was such a great space! It was perfect such a large group of friends! We each were able to have our own bedroom and bathroom, it gave us separation and privacy. The common areas were great for hanging out together in the courtyard and main house with the kitchen and living room. It was easy to check in, felt Safe and secured! We would be happy to return! We were welcomed with snacks and drinks, which was a great start to our vacation! There were plenty of towels & toiletries for our large group! The location was great! Walkable to many restaurants and the beaches! A quick ride to old San Juan, 30 minutes to even more beautiful beaches, and 40-45 minutes to the rainforest! Truly enjoyed our stay!

Hello Capital Jetset Team,The check-in process was smooth with clear instructions, and the property was spotless when we arrived. Everything listed in the description was there and in good condition, from the well-stocked kitchen to the fresh linens and laundry facilities.The house was even better than the pictures—roomy, nicely laid out, and it served our group of 16 perfectly. Everyone loved the space and is already talking about coming back next year. The outdoor areas, especially the private pool and garden, gave us a quiet, sanctuary-like setting to relax and enjoy each other’s company.Overall, the property matched and exceeded expectations. Thank you for providing such a well-managed home that made our stay in San Juan both comfortable and memorable.
This property was great for a group of 10 adults and 9 children. Each bedroom was very private and had it's own bathroom. The pool was small but the kids loved it. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes, which was great. The only downsides were that several of the rooms didn't have hot water the entire week and the common living areas (the living room and outdoor pool area) did not accommodate our entire group. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for larger groups!
Place is great. Perfect for a big group! Bathrooms in each room are really helpful. Close to everything you need and airport, but you do need a taxi to get to old san juan. Also very safe and secure but after 6 PM you do need to plan to get in b/c a lot of the entry gates close as this is a gated community.
